Episode numbering

Log entries use season and episode numbers in broadcast order. TOS starts with “The Man Trap”; the unaired pilot “The Cage” is separate, so some streaming menus are offset by one. Feature-length stories display both episode numbers (for example S07E25–26). DS9 and Enterprise count two-part premieres as two episodes.

Checked against TOS broadcast order, DS9 broadcast order, and Paramount+ episode guides. Corrections include The Nagus (S01E11), The Visitor (S04E03), The Changing Face of Evil (S07E20), and All Good Things… (S07E25–26).

The supplied Shakaar Alpha/Beta Map v3.3 governs the local layout. Its borders mix material from different sources and eras. This is a reference-aligned fan atlas, not a canon-certified 3D survey: the image provides no vertical coordinates, orbital scales or true stellar separations.

Reference match / system = placed from the image. Regional estimate = a known relationship with an approximate point. Unverified = no defensible placement; retained in the catalog, with legacy markers hidden unless enabled. Custom / schematic = intentionally illustrative.

Galactic structure and additional sources

The overview uses a 100,000-ly disk and Sol about 26,000 ly from the center. The local fan-chart scale is retained for legibility; it is not a physical stellar-distance scale. Sun is on the Orion/Local Arm between Sagittarius and Perseus. Arm curves are illustrative, and Cygnus is treated as an extension of the Local Arm.

Colors indicate the atlas affiliation where known. Falling inside an outline does not establish political membership. Fesarius and Yonada are mobile objects. The dashed Federation outline beyond Romulan space follows licensed and fan maps (Star Trek: Star Charts, Star Trek Online) and is not established on screen. D1 Frerking is a custom system. The wormhole curve shows a connection, not a route through intervening space. Episode markers share destination coordinates, and settings without a supported location no longer scatter randomly.
